We’re offering a rare opportunity to join a small, fast-growing guitar shop in Clearwater where you’ll get hands-on training in three areas:

Teaching: Learn how to guide beginners through intermediate level.

Repair & Tech Work: Apprentice under experienced guitar techs and master stringed instrument repair—from setups & repairs to electronics. Become a fully qualified professional guitar tech within four months!

Sales & Customer Service: Help players find the right gear and keep them coming back.

We don’t require years of experience—in fact, we prefer someone eager to learn our way from the ground up. If you play guitar, understand basic guitar theory and have good people skills, we’ll teach you the rest.

Details:

Full-time position (one weekday off + half-day weekends)

$15/hr + bonuses

Entry-level, but with real advancehanment potential

This is a demanding role where you’ll wear different hats daily, but if you’re motivated, you’ll gain skills that last a lifetime.
