4. Keep the host stand and front entrance clean and organized
5. Communicate wait times clearly to guests and the service team
6. Support servers and management with guest flow and table turnover

3. Stock and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and reduce waste
4. Assist chefs with prep work and restocking during service
5. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
6. Report any product shortages or equipment issues to the kitchen manager

1. Work efficiently and maintain a clean workstation
2. Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
3. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
5. Food handling certification preferred
6. Prior kitchen experience a plus but willing to train the right person
