Looking for Restaurant Host and Kitchen Staff

Host

Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival

2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

3. Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist with general inquiries

4. Keep the host stand and front entrance clean and organized

5. Communicate wait times clearly to guests and the service team

6. Support servers and management with guest flow and table turnover

3. Arrive on time and neatly groomed according to company standards

4. Work well under pressure during busy shifts

5. Communicate effectively with team members and management

6. Must be available for weekends and holidays

7. Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

Salad Person / Pantry Cook

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and desserts according to recipes and portion standards

2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry/cold station

3. Stock and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and reduce waste

4. Assist chefs with prep work and restocking during service

5. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

6. Report any product shortages or equipment issues to the kitchen manager

Expectations:

1. Work efficiently and maintain a clean workstation

2. Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately

3. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

5. Food handling certification preferred

6. Prior kitchen experience a plus but willing to train the right person
