Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

A boutique law firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 4 + years of experience handling litigationmatters, preferably commercial litigation. This is a direct-hire/opportunity and the firm is offering competitive salary and benefits. Hybrid schedule will be allowed after 6 months of initial employment on site at the discretion of the Partner.Job Details:Organize and manage case filesDraft and e-file legal documents in state and federal courtsDraft letters, notices, motions and proposed ordersProcess and prepare expense reportsCoordinate travel arrangements, etc.Scheduling and CalendaringTrial preparationAny additional legal support required by attorney(s)Requirements: Bilingual, a plus but not required4+ years of litigation experience (solid experience)State and Federal experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentCollege Degree or Some College, a plusExperience with e-discovery (EverLaw experience preferred).
