Law Student Research Assistant- Land Use Property Rights part-time

Palm Beach County Developer seeks part-time law student to assist with research and documentation relating to conservation easements and property rights involving Palm Beach County and South Florida Water Management District.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing and organizing public records (county resolutions, leases, inspection reports).

Drafting and filing public record request.

Maintaining a timeline of actions and correspondence .

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive records.
