Irrigation Manager

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Irrigation Manager to oversee and lead our irrigation division. This role is ideal for someone with real field experience, strong leadership, and the technical ability to manage irrigation systems from start to finish.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to read irrigation plans/blueprints

Fluent in English and Spanish

Experienced with electrical systems related to irrigation — including wiring pumps, valves, timers, and controllers

Capable of installing and servicing pumps, check valves, timers, and all other irrigation components

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Able to manage a crew and communicate clearly with clients

Responsible, organized, and focused on high-quality work
