Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining referral networks within the healthcare industry. This role requires strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, private insurance, and community outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals.

Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and networking events to promote agency services.

Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to grow the referral base.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new patients.

Track, analyze, and report referral activity and growth trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in home health marketing (required).

Established referral network within the healthcare community (preferred).

Knowledge of Medicare regulations and insurance coverage requirements.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
