Handyman, maintenance person wanted part time

Part time handyman, maintenance person wanted. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, engines and general maintenance is a plus, job also includes some grass cutting and work with nursery plants. Having a flexible schedule is a plus. $18.00 per hour depending upon skill level, approximately 18-20 daytime hours per week, preferably Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Must have transportation.
