Property Cleanup & Maintenance Checklist

Trim Gutters: Cut back gutters 2–4 inches from the asphalt.

Gutter Repair: Fix the upward-angled gutter to prevent future damage.

General Cleanup: Clean up debris and trash around the entire property.

Cactus Removal: Remove all cactus plants.

Fence Removal: Remove existing fence.

Loose Rock Removal: Remove all loose rocks next to the building.

Concrete Debris: Remove all concrete blocks and chunks.

Weed Control: Pull all weeds across the property.

Tire Disposal: Remove all old tires from the site.

Field Pad Cleanup: Clean up the concrete pad in the middle of the field.

Blow Off Property: Blow off dust and debris from the entire property.

Tree Trunk Removal: Remove rotted tree trunks currently sitting on the property.

Perimeter Cleanup: Clean the area around the full perimeter of the property.
