Gardner and yard maintenance

I need a full time person to maintain and keep up 9 properties.All in St Augustine.

You must have equipment and a truck.Mostly yard work, but also some light repair work. Like touch up painting, changing light bulbs.

cleaning windows. The schedule is 8am-2pm and could vary but 6 hours per day , 5 days a week.
