FULL TIME HOTEL MAINTENANCE POSITION / Ingeniero de Mantenimiento

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. If you enjoy problem-solving, fixing things, and keeping spaces running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Handle basic maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas (plumbing, painting, electrical, etc.)

Keep the pool and equipment in working order and up to health code

Perform routine checks of HVAC systems, lighting, fire alarms, and emergency exits

Assist with preventative maintenance tasks throughout the hotel

Respond to maintenance requests from the front desk or housekeeping in a timely manner

Help maintain curb appeal by addressing landscaping, exterior, or parking lot issues

Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Basic handyman or facility maintenance experience (hotel experience is a plus, but not required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, go up and down ladders, and be on your feet during the shift

Knowledge of general safety standards and use of power tools

EPA or pool certification is a bonus, but not required
