Free Sales Training & Career Placement Opportunity

The GAF Roofing Academy in collaboration with the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association, Inc. (FRSA) are hosting a free comprehensive In-Home Sales, Canvassing, and Storm Restoration training. Graduates of the program will interview with local contractors during the concluding job fair for immediate hire into the roofing industry; as well as have the opportunity to earn their OSHA10 certification for free, outside of training hours, per student request. Please note: this training is a career placement opportunity for anyone looking to start a new and rewarding career in roofing sales. Good customer service skills preferred. Serious inquiries only!

Program Details:

This training will introduce a day in the life of a Roofing Sales Professional, which includes:

an introduction to basic terminology, sales tactics, and lead generation. In addition, the

curriculum will integrate canvassing principles, and the restoration process used in

insurance-driven storm recovery.

Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing Academy Graduate, which

signals to employers that they have the knowledge and skills to enter into the roofing sales

industry.

Light breakfast and lunch provided each day.

Transportation to and from training facility is the responsibility of

the attendee.
