Fence Installer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on residential, commercial, and construction sites. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that fences are installed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks.

Perform concrete forming and finishing as needed for fence posts.

Assemble fence components according to specifications and drawings.

Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the construction site.

Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials as required during installation.

Provide landscape maintenance and hardscape services as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fence installing is required.

Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques is preferred.

Knowledge of welding practices is a plus.

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques is desirable.

Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.

Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding safety protocols.

Skills in masonry or landscape maintenance are beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
