Experienced Dozer Operator

Drewry Site Development is seeking a hard-working, reliable, and experienced Dozer Operator for immediate hire. This is a full-time position with excellent pay, benefits, and steady year-round work. We are looking for operators who take pride in their craft and can safely and efficiently shape grade for site development projects.

Position Summary:

-Operate dozers for site development, grading, earthwork, and recycling operations

-Work outdoors in varying conditions as part of a cohesive team

-Perform strenuous tasks when needed and support the crew with general labor

Responsibilities:

-Operate dozers in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards

-Perform fine grading, rough grading, cut/fill, and site shaping

-Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers when necessary

-Load trucks with recycled aggregate at our recycling yard

-Maintain equipment by performing basic inspections and reporting issues

-Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

-Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation

-Assist with manual labor tasks onsite as needed

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years experience operating a dozer

-GPS dozer experience preferred (Trimble or Topcon)

-Must pass an equipment test before hire

-Reliable transportation to assigned job sites

-Ability to lift heavy loads when necessary

-Strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in all conditions

-Experience with additional equipment (loaders, excavators, etc.) is a plus
