Estimator/Project Manager Needed

Multi-million dollar residential home improvement company specializing in concrete is expanding in

Orlando. With over 35 years of success as a brand, Sam the Concrete Man is looking to double our

efforts in the Orlando area immediately. We are looking for a Sales Estimator / Project Manager to

lead our expansion and help manage our new growth plan.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with perspective clients and creating proposals onsite.

Overseeing the completion of projects from start to finish.

Excellent communication skills and some knowledge of concrete flatwork.

Recommended Skills:

- Some knowledge of the construction industry and processes a plus

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Needs to be well organized and handle multiple tasks at once

- Lives in the Central FL area and has reliable transportation
