Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage reservations and seating arrangements

Provide menu and cigar lounge information to guests

Assist with guest requests and ensure an exceptional customer experience

Support lounge staff with guest flow and organization

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous hospitality or luxury service experience preferred
