CEI Lead Senior Inspector

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Lead Senior Inspector to join our growing team and support a variety of transportation infrastructure projects located in the Tampa Fl, area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful work that helps shape the region’s infrastructure while working alongside a collaborative and professional team.Performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, marking, and checking engineering computations, inspecting construction work, and conducting field testsCoordinating and managing the lower level inspectorsPerforming work under the general supervision of the Project AdministratorRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsResponsible for setting own project deadlinesProvides on the job training to new employeesResponsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection dutiesPerforms daily field inspections and maintains inspection recordsParticipates in punch lists, testing, and commissioningTracks quality assurance progressProvides input to documentation for area and equipment turnoversUnder minimal direction, relies on extensive experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goalsResponsible for setting own project deadlines Provides on the job training to new employeesResponsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties
