Boat Lift Technician

Job Description:

All Keys Boat Lifts is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Boat Lift Technician to join our growing team! If you have a background in construction and are ready for hands-on, outdoor work in a fast-paced marine environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with boat lift installation and related marine projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Work effectively both on land and over water

Safely operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of construction experience

Strong understanding of general construction methods and practices

Must be able to swim — this is over-water work

Comfortable working at heights and in marine environments

HEAVY lifting required — must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Familiar with power tools and construction equipment

Must have reliable transportation

Strong teamwork and communication skills
