HIRING: Restaurant Style Baker to Lead Our Morning Team

We are a local Florida breakfast-lunch spot known for our amazing food and service, and we’re looking for a creative leader who enjoys working early in the day with up-and-coming talent. We offer competitive pay starting at $22 per hour, along with benefits and bonuses once you qualify.

Current Opportunities:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a baking kitchen, specializing in pastries, bagels, breads, and more. If you are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and mentor your team, we want to hear from you!

Key Information:

- High-volume baking operation with annual sales up to $2.8 million

- No night shifts

-Shift starts 330am, so YOUR a true early riser

- Strong leadership and communication skills required

- One week of vacation in the first 6 months, and two weeks in the first year

- Training is a priority; we believe in teaching and coaching our team
