SAFe Product Owner

ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, managing the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business priorities and delivers maximum value.Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility to ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact work.Requirements & Development: Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, customers, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and roadmap.Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other Product Owners to ensure cohesive features and a unified, value-driven experience for customers and employees.Agile Framework: Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are effectively followed.Metrics & Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure value and identify areas for improvement or strategic pivots.QualificationsExperience: A minimum of five years of experience as an agile product owner, with at least three years in a Scaled Agile environment within a large organization.
