Part-Time Construction Supervisor (DMV Area)

I’m looking for an experienced construction professional who has strong knowledge of building, plumbing, and electrical codes in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. The role involves overseeing ongoing home addition and remodeling projects to ensure quality, code compliance, and smooth progress.

This is part time job felxibile time 5 to 10 hours per week, we pay $25 to $30 per hour.

Location: DMV area (on-site visits as needed)

Commitment: 5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor construction work on-site

Ensure compliance with building, plumbing, and electrical codes

Provide guidance to crews and subcontractors

Report progress and flag issues early

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of DC/MD/VA building codes

Background as a construction supervisor, foreman, or inspector preferred

Good communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
