Position Overview

As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll meet with individuals and families (virtually or in person) to help them find affordable, personalized insurance solutions that fit their needs. You’ll have access to top-rated insurance carriers, pre-qualified leads, and a supportive team dedicated to your success. This is a commission-based position with no income cap — meaning your earning potential is entirely based on your work ethic and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and assess their life insurance needs.

Educate clients on the benefits of various life insurance and financial protection products.

Present and recommend customized coverage options.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and personal development sessions.

Manage your schedule and pipeline effectively as an independent agent.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

License preferred, but not required — we’ll help you earn yours fast.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills and access to a smartphone/laptop with internet.

Previous sales, customer service, or financial experience is a plus — but not required.

Compensation

100% commission-based with no cap on earnings.

Average part-time agents earn $40K–$60K/year.

Full-time agents can earn $80K–$150K+ annually.

Bonuses, overrides, and residual income available for leadership positions.
