5 + years cooking experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must also, excellent food knowledge, and a desire to help company grow and flourish. Candidate will successfully coordinate staff and resources and lead by example to promote excellence in people, profit and quality.

Culinary degree preferred.
