Construction Helper – $20–$30/hr – Washington Metropolitan Area

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and motivated Construction Helpers to assist with a variety of job site tasks across the Washington Metropolitan Area. This position is ideal for individuals who are punctual, hardworking, and interested in developing their skills in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support skilled tradespeople with on-site tasks

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Prepare and maintain clean and safe work areas

Operate basic hand and power tools (as directed)

Follow site-specific safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required

Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable transportation to job sites across the metro area

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $20–$30/hr depending on experience
