The IT Applications Manager – HR provides leadership for the HR and Production (Kronos) technology domain, acting as a business unit consultant and subject matter expert. This role oversees all ERP aspects related to HR and Production, supervises IT application staff, manages vendors, and ensures systems meet organizational needs. The position contributes to strategic planning, tactical execution, and operational decision-making within the IT department.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdvise business managers on technology solutions for HR and Production.Manage Mountaire staff, suppliers, and service companies for assigned applications.Maintain domain knowledge of business strategies to maximize value realization.Support IT leadership in budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, procurement, and financial reconciliation.Oversee project monitoring, controls, team integration, and corrective actions as needed.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and the company’s SDLC standards.Configure and support Oracle HCM and other third-party applications as required. Preferred ExperienceKronos system support.ERP in manufacturing or HR domains.Poultry or food processing industry exposure.
