We’re a busy, chef-driven Japanese-inspired restaurant known for precision, hospitality, and a high-energy dining room. We’re looking for experienced, professional service staff who can handle volume while maintaining a sharp, polished standard of service.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven full-service experience (2+ years minimum in upscale, high-volume environments)

Strong grasp of steps of service—can manage multiple tables with grace under pressure

Confident knowledge of food, wine, sake, and cocktails or the willingness to learn fast

A genuine sense of hospitality—not just order taking

Excellent communication skills, clean presentation, and a strong work ethic

Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable
