Major National Property Preservation Company servicing Connecticut and Rhode Island

- Must have knowledge of home remodeling, home repairs, and trash outs.

- Must have knowledge of all power tools and hand tools. All power tools and hand tools will be provided to you.

- Must have own reliable transportation to and from work meeting spot in Colchester, CT. Company vehicle will be provided to candidate at work meeting spot after 6 weeks. Start time is 7:30 AM.

- Must have laboring experience on jobsite.

- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

- Must have valid clean driving record and license.

- This is a permanent full time year-round 1099 position, 40 hours weekly.

- Candidate responsible for all insurances and taxes.

- Must have newer updated phone with unlimited data service.
