Therapeutic Housemate (mental health)

WCS is seeking Housemates This is a great opportunity to work on a highly skilled team of mental health professionals. The Windhorse approach is a contemplative psychology model, focusing on self-care and healthy environment. We are looking for Housemates who are well balanced and active individuals to each live with a single client, supported by a clinical team.

Our Housemates, as live-in companions, are provided free rent and utilities, plus a small monthly salary. There is also a sign-on bonus. The position requires participation in regular household upkeep, scheduled time with client, and weekly meetings with treatment team and supervisor.

Must pass a criminal background check (national in scope) and provide solid references. We ask for at least a six-month commitment.
