We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to take full ownership of our residential building, assuming responsibility for all aspects of its operations The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing apartments, ensuring high occupancy rates, and effectively collecting rent. Responsibilities include managing a dedicated staff, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring the property runs smoothly. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.

Property Manager Responsibilities

-Rent Collection & Financial Oversight: Ensure timely rent collection from all tenants, proactively addressing delinquencies to maintain consistent cash flow.

- Leasing & Occupancy: Drive apartment leasing by conducting tours and converting a high percentage of prospects into move-ins to maximize occupancy rates.

-Maintenance Team Leadership: Manage and direct the maintenance team to efficiently turn units, ensuring quick, high-quality preparation for new tenants.

-Tenant Relations: Foster positive tenant relationships with a friendly yet firm approach, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a professional community environment.

-Daily Operational Accountability: Take full responsibility for the building’s day-to-day operations, ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and consistent performance.

-Staff Management: Lead and motivate on-site staff, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to property goals and standards.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of property management

- Successful leasing experience

- Valid drivers license and car

- No felony background
