The Powder Tour Cook is responsible for crafting high-quality, gourmet meals in a remote mountain setting for guests on guided powder tours. This role requires culinary expertise, creativity, and adaptability to prepare and serve meals in varying outdoor conditions. The cook works closely with the guide team to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience in the backcountry. This position reports to the Powder Tour Manager. Applications will be accepted until October 15th for Winter 25-26 positions.Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities Prepare, package, transport and serve food to guests at the Powder Tour backcountry cabinMaintain Powder Tour cabin by cleaning dishes and return silverware to SundeckMaintain inventory of Powder Tour cabin suppliesCheck in with Powder Tours Manager for daily assignmentTransport, set up, and maintain food supplies in remote locationsEnsure food safety and sanitation standards are met in all environmentsCollaborate with guides to create a warm and welcoming dining experienceAdapt menus based on weather conditions, guest preferences, and available resourcesOther duties as assigned
