Our small preschool is growing! We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. This position will lead a class of 8–10 students in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lessons

Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth

Promote learning through play and exploration

Monitor developmental progress and communicate with families

Foster a safe, respectful classroom environment

Collaborate with staff to ensure inclusivity and care for all students

Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring learning space

Qualifications:

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Lead teaching experience in a preschool or daycare setting

Strong classroom management and caregiving skills

Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

Toddler care experience is helpful

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for nurturing young learners
