This isn’t just another job — it’s a chance to learn, create, and contribute to the future of homebuilt aviation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with everything from fiberglass layups and aircraft component assembly to managing inventory. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide training. Welding experience is a plus but not necessary.

Confident with their hands-on technical skills

At least 18 years old (no upper age limit!)
