Hiring framing sub-contracted crews in Fort Collins.

I am looking to hire established framing crews as sub-contractors in the Fort Collins area. MUST HAVE A FORT COLLINS LICENSE WITH THE F46 CERTIFICATE. Please do not contact me if you are inexperienced or don't already have insurance/license in place. We are looking to go vertical on this site in two weeks with four model homes.

This will be a fast moving project with over 100 single family homes to frame on the northeast side of FoCo. We provide onsite management, materials, hardware, booms/forklifts, and weekly pay. Framers provide nails, insurance, and labor. Pay is competitive for current markets starting at $4 per sq/ft (extra pay for basement and backout).
