The Guest Safety Host is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, guests, and company property by monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and efficiency. This position serves as the point of contact for matters involving violations of municipal and state laws. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until October 15th, 2025. Essential Job FunctionsMonitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threatsEnforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environmentRespond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, aiding as needed and documenting all occurrencesControl access to facilities by verifying credentials, checking identification, and screening visitorsConduct routine inspections of doors, windows, and other points of entry to ensure they are secureAssist in investigations by gathering information, reviewing surveillance footage, and providing detailed reportsProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a strong security presenceAct as liaison with Police Department, other law enforcement agencies and security companiesIncrease security of buildings through current crime prevention and security techniquesAssist with crowd control at peak times in high traffic areasAssist in overnight operations and responsibilitiesOther duties as assigned
