Looking for a dependable person who is motivated to learn and grow in a small office environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Answering incoming calls, take messages, and redirect phone calls to the appropriate department.

Maintain records and files

Excellent attention to detail

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well with a team

Multitasking abilities

Word and Excel Experience

Enter work orders in system and schedule crews (Training is Available)

Contact Clients regarding schedule and inform them when work is completed.

Work Hours: FULL TIME

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

PAY $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
