We are looking for cooks in the Boulder area. These positions are full-time and the schedule is M-F all day shifts. These positions are on corporate campuses or universities - NOT restaurants.

Prep Cook -
This position is responsible for preparing food items and serving customers while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires strong culinary skills, a focus on quality and efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dishwasher -
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes.
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware by hand or using a dishwasher.
Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Sort and store cleaned items.
Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
Kitchen Maintenance:
Keep the dish area clean, orderly, and free of clutter.
Maintain clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition.
Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
