Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Working Plumbing Foreman to lead and work alongside our crew on commercial plumbing projects. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage field operations while staying hands-on in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and work along-side plumbing crews on commercial job sites, ensuring quality and productivity

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals

Coordinate labor, materials, and scheduling with project managers and other trades

Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards

Oversee layout, rough-in, and final installation of domestic water, waste, vent, and gas systems

Conduct inspections, punch lists, and project closeout documentation

Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen

Maintain communication with the office and GC site supervision

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial plumbing experience

2+ years in a foreman or lead role preferred

Proficiency in reading plans and performing layout

Solid understanding of commercial systems (domestic water, hydronic, storm, gas, etc.)

Knowledge of UPC and California plumbing codes

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
