About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the firm’s recruiting strategy and ensure we continue to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle—driving planning, process improvement, and team development—while maintaining a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive firmwide recruiting efforts across all departments and levels, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our culture and values.

Partner with the Director of HR and Firm Leadership to forecast hiring needs, set strategic priorities, and build high-performing teams.

Craft compelling, inclusive job postings that reflect our brand voice and resonate with a wide range of candidates.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to reach diverse, high-quality talent through both traditional and creative channels.

Collaborate on competitive salary bands to ensure equity and market alignment.

Champion an exceptional candidate experience, making every interaction positive, transparent, and professional.

Leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting success, uncover insights, and continuously improve our hiring process.

Build and nurture partnerships with external recruiters, universities, and recruiting platforms to expand our talent pipeline.

Work with HR leadership to understand and reduce turnover, using insights to strengthen retention and engagement.

Stay ahead of industry trends, acting as the firm’s eyes and ears in the talent marketplace.

Elevate our employer brand, showcasing the firm as an employer of choice within the legal and professional community.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven success in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting.

Experience sourcing and hiring attorney talent is highly valued; Workers’ Compensation recruiting experience is a plus.

Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and compliance best practices.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ADP, HR platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Creative and proactive in developing sourcing strategies and finding new ways to connect with top talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
