line cooks qualifications:

flexible ability (must work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays 6am-10pm Availabilty)

friendly and helpful disposition

ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods

general responsibilities:

read food tickets and prepare food following company standards

prep recipes and adequate amounts of food items to be served to customers

keep the kitchen clean and organized manner
