Web UX Design Consultant & Angular 19 developer

Looking for someone who can work with me to apply improved UI UX best practices, of a single custom browser application.

Application is done, but am looking for a consultant / expert to help with making refinements to the UI including the: colors, effects, css, shading, responsiveness, spacing, and other acute visual optimizations.

This is a production order management system. Its based in Angular 19. Open to anyone who can help achieve this; For example a designer who uses an AI coding tool to make and test changes, or a dev who can understand what I am looking for an make those changes.

This is just a GIG type job, I just need help polishing this app. Maybe this will be 20-40 of hours work.
