Warehouse Order Picker and Shipper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker and Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for daily shipments, ensuring that all products are picked, packed, and organized efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Duties:

Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications to ensure quality control.

Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring that products are protected during transit.

Create shipping labels through several shipping platforms like, FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL freight, etc.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels to supervisors.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks.
