The role is for a specialist with hands-on generative AI experience, who thrives on solving complex challenges, modernizing legacy code, and embracing cutting-edge technologies like LLMs.We are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing next generation data platforms to drive incremental revenue. Essential Functions:·Hands-on Programming·Full-stack development contributes to the design of backend, databases and queries, API creations and consumptions, and contributes to frontend UI development.·Works independently with minimal insight to develop software that conforms to Visa’s high standards of security, quality, performance, resiliency, and compliance.·Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.·Improving the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into our coding standards and practices.·Proven track record of managing and executing multiple high-impact LLM based projects, balancing delivery speed with quality.· Able to showcase the productivity improvement by collecting relevant metrics.·Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate.·Provide third-level support to business users.·Keep up with current and developing engineering trends-Design, Architect and Implement high robust system designs as per the growing needs·Contribute to the roadmap for the product·Work with architects, systems analysts, project managers and other developers to efficiently implement business requirements while applying the latest available tools and technology.This is a hybrid position.
