Sr Project Management Associate - Global Corporate Events

The Opportunity: Assist management with identifying and implementing adjustments to SOPs.Function as project manager for all assigned jobs by overseeing assignments from beginning to end. Work with design to facilitate creative development.Liaison with Senior/Executive Management, Creative and other Service Group partners to achieve objectives.Serve as department expert for the Hot Wheels portfolio. Manage Hot Wheels Toy Fair gallery, external and internal Hot Wheel’s events, retail executions, activations, and conventions.Collaborate with the Franchise team and coordinate their statements within the Toy Fair galleries.Lead large-scale corporate events, specifically Toy Fair special events, Sales and corporate meetings.Ensure successful execution of assigned projects.Define the scope of a project with client groups, TSS support teams (CAD, Graphics, and Fabrication), external creative groups, and any third-party vendors.Generate and communicate project timelines, key dates, and task sequencing to all parties involved.Manage budgets; seek estimates from appropriate partner groups, track project expenditures.  Reconcile finances upon completion of the project.Travel will be required for this position
