Responsibilities:

Perform installation and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

Collaborate with team members to assess repair needs and prioritize tasks.

Utilize various construction techniques and tools to complete projects efficiently.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for installation projects.

Ensure compliance with safety standards during all installations.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Assist with renovations and improvements as directed by management.

Maintain an organized workspace and manage tools effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction or installation roles, preferably in commercial and residential setting.

Strong skills in carpentry, including trim and frame carpentry.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.

Experience in restoration or renovation projects is a plus.

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
