Shop Assistant / Delivery Driver (16–24 ft box truck) / Carpentry Help

Type: Full-time (some nights/weekends) Benefits (medical, 401(k), bonus program)

Safely drive a 16–24 ft box truck for local deliveries (load/unload, secure loads).

Help in the shop: staging orders, tool/material prep, inventory, light fabrication.

Carpentry assistant on installs as needed: measuring, cutting, fastening, cleanup.

Keep vehicles/shop clean; follow safety procedures; represent PMI professionally on site.

What we need

Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR check required).

Comfortable driving box trucks (non-CDL OK; CDL a plus).

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet.

Basic hand/power-tool skills; tape-measure competent; willingness to learn.

Reliable, on-time, team-first; flexible schedule (occasional nights/weekends).

Pay & benefits

Hourly pay range: $21–$28/hr DOE (see notes below). Overtime per CA law.
