Seeking Unarmed Golf Cart Patrol Guard- Full Time - Evenings

We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for full time employment.

Available schedule:

Mondays 4:00pm- 12:00am

Tuesdays 4:00pm- 12:00am

Wednesdays 4:00pm- 12:00am

Saturdays 4:00pm- 12:00am

Sundays 4:00pm- 12:00am

Responsibilities:

Patrol community in company provided vehicle

Parking enforcement

Assign citations and authorize tows as needed

Respond to calls from residents

Respond to any situations as they arise

Fill out activity report at end of shift

​Requirements:

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD

Working smart phone with internet access

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents

Able to use computers and email efficiently
