Seeking Gate Guards - Full Time - Mornings

We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for full time employment as a gate guard for a community.

Shifts Available:

Mondays through Fridays 5am- 1pm

Responsibilities:

Greet residents

Confirm all vehicles are authorized to enter community using DwellingLive software

Assign citations and authorize tows as needed

Respond to any situations as they arise

Fill out activity report at end of shift

​Requirements:

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD

DwellingLive software experience a plus

Working smart phone with internet access

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail

Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents

Able to use computers and email efficiently
