Sales Representative – HVAC Protective Coating Services

We are a leading HVAC service company specializing in extending the life and performance of commercial HVAC systems. One of our key solutions is applying advanced protective coatings to HVAC units, helping clients reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency, and maximize equipment longevity.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on promoting and selling our HVAC protective coating services to property managers, facility directors, residential and commercial businesses. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in building client relationships, and driven by the opportunity to grow sales in a specialized market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities within commercial HVAC markets.

Promote and sell HVAC coating services to new and existing clients.

Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

2+ years of previous sales experience in HVAC, coatings, construction, or related fields preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
