What you need to know before applying (Realistic Expectations):

This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone ALOT.

You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.

You will go through a training program before taking live leads.

The role is HOURLY+ COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experienced sales reps 100k+.

Description of Role (Inside Sales):

Conduct inbound and outbound calls, understanding clients' tax challenges.

Present the benefits of our tax relief services.

Generate new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.

Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Skills and Requirements:

At least 1+ year of sales experience required!

Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills

Proficient Computer Skills

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Training:

Compensation:

Hourly + Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
