Average gross income $200,000 per year:

Base + Commission

This is in-home sales for General B construction, both residential and commercial construction sales. Work for an industry leader.

Duties

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and negotiation.

- Conduct field sales activities, including closing sales.

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth within the territory.

- Execute territory strategies to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.

- No customer service required- just sales.

- Participate in direct sales initiatives, including presentations and product demonstrations.

-Be willing to drive to leads to present and close deals.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales; inside or direct sales experience is preferred.

- Strong understanding of territory management principles and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to visit multiple accounts daily.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive approach to business development and achieving sales goals.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
