Job Title: Roofing Estimator / Project Manager

We are a family-owned roofing company in Modesto looking to hire an experienced Roofing Estimator / Project Manager. This role requires strong estimating skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates and proposals for roofing projects

Read blueprints and perform material take-offs

Coordinate and review subcontractor and material bids

Assist with project planning and scheduling

Communicate with clients, vendors, and field crews

Keep organized records of all project documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing or construction estimating (preferred)

Solid understanding of roofing materials and construction methods

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

CAD experience preferred, but not required

Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
